With the SkyKick integration, you’ll be able to either provide reporting to clients on the status of their SkyKick service or promote the service to those clients without it.

How the Integration Works:

SkyKick integration creates a 365 Office Backup option under a given company’s Security tab. This tab either shows their current SkyKick backup status if assigned and an informational PDF about the service.

You can also customize the PDF that shows via Partner > Settings > Integrations.

What the Integration Does:

• Dashboard View – Present SkyKick summary information without creating another reporting link for the client.
• Grid Reports – Includes grid detail views for Exchange, SharePoint and OneDrive backup information.
• Educate Clients – Office 365 backup is a new concept to many clients. Educate your clients without account management effort.
• Customizable Upsell – Use the provided SkyKick brochure or use your own PDF to educate. Then, define a custom email or link for them to inquire for more information.
