How the Integration Works

Drift Chat can be integrated into CloudRadial via Partner > Settings > Integrations > Header Scripts. Using the embed code provided within the support article, you can plug in your chat app ID and be on your way with chat support in your portal. Your chat widget will then appear on every page of your portal for your customers.
