Datto Backup Integration Overview

Let your Datto Backup snapshots show directly in the portal to bring peace of mind to your clients. Without needing to wait for a review, or to request an update from an account manager, clients can see their backup snapshots right from their own portal.

How the Integration Works:

The Datto Backup integration is based on an XML feed that brings that data into CloudRadial. Once connected, you’ll be able to assign backup appliances to specific clients. Within their portal, they’ll head to Security > Backups to view these live snapshots.
