Augmentt provides an integration from their own platform that pulls in user SaaS data into the portal. The data is displayed alongside other CloudRadial-native information and can be used to enhance the usefulness of the portal for client companies.

How the Integration Works:

Augmentt’s offering is broken down into several different modules. At the time of writing, the integration that CloudRadial works with is Augmentt Discover.

The information pulled from Augmentt is displayed under Infrastructure > Software > SaaS (tab). It contains the specific SaaS programs as well as their risk, approval, and productivity levels to the organization, among other data.

What the Integration Does:

• Boost Portal Adoption – Give clients a great reason to go to the portal – to see what SaaS apps their employees use.
• Empower Client Admins – Give admins the power to manage their own teams directly from their portal.
• Upsell Security – Prove the sprawl of apps and use the data to help recommend additional management services.
