Dan Baird had a lot of tools to help him monitor, evaluate and remediate his clients’ IT infrastructure, “but none of them helped my clients understand the information I needed to convey to them” said Dan. Dan says CloudRadial helps him with his favorite and most productive activity as an MSP: account management. “It a lot easier to stay on the same page when you both can both see the page” said Dan noting the Account Planner tool helps him and his client do just that. His clients already have their reporting and roadmap every day, they already know what Dan can do, will do, and has done for them.
Dan said having this information a his clients’ finger tips everyday keeps his clients focused on the future and growth instead of what happened 3 months ago. Dan now has the freedom to focus on what he does best: helping clients be more profitable.
