    Breaking the Communication Barrier

    Dan Baird had a lot of tools to help him monitor, evaluate and remediate his clients’ IT infrastructure, “but none of them helped my clients understand the information I needed to convey to them” said Dan. Dan realized that with CloudRadial he could not only provide more insight and value to his clients, but could cut some tools out of his stack.

    “I had previously used [a leading warranty reporting software], and a variety of auditing tools, but CloudRadial made them all redundant, I don’t need them anymore.” The obstacle Dan needed to overcome wasn’t how to collect data on his clients’ but how to get them understand it and take action on it. “CloudRadial gives me a single place for the client to communicate with us, for us to communicate with the client, and to do it on an everyday basis.”

    Dan says CloudRadial helps him with his favorite and most productive activity as an MSP: account management. “It a lot easier to stay on the same page when you both can both see the page” said Dan noting the Account Planner tool helps him and his client do just that. His clients already have their reporting and roadmap every day, they already know what Dan can do, will do, and has done for them.

    Dan said having this information a his clients’ finger tips everyday keeps his clients focused on the future and growth instead of what happened 3 months ago. Dan now has the freedom to focus on what he does best: helping clients be more profitable.

    Integration Type: Embed

    Embedded connections rely on an HTML embed code inserted in the portal to function properly.

    In most cases, this embed code is provided by CloudRadial through the respective integration’s support article. In some rare instances, the embed code may need to be acquired from the integrated tool. In either case, refer to the specific documentation for instructions on where to get the code.

    Integration Type: Email

    Email connections rely on an email address destination to/from CloudRadial.

    Depending on the integration, this email may need to come from the tool itself (such as in instances of webhooks). Other times, the email comes directly from CloudRadial itself. Refer to the specific integration’s setup instructions for more details.

    Integration Type: API

    API connections are secured with a set of keys that need to be generated one time.

    Once the connection has been secured, the tool in question will stay connected to CloudRadial until the key is deactivated. Refer to the article on the specific tool for instructions on generating the API key, as well as where to input it into CloudRadial.
