Let CrushBank’s AI Engine track and build your PSA ticket data. CrushBank summarizes ticket topics into a client-friendly format that gives clients a high-level view of tickets summarized by topic and sentiment, as well as providing an enhanced ticket search. 

How the Integration Works:

CrushBank scans tickets within ConnectWise and Autotask and gives them context for technicians to solve (such as other tickets, or documentation) on the PSA side. It also summarizes ticket data to view the high-level trends as keywords in a visual graph.  
In CloudRadial, CrushBank appears within the ticket area as a blade that filters the client-facing, customer-specific information in the visual graph.

What the Integration Does:

• Automatic, Client-Facing Ticket Data Reporting – The data is organized using their existing PSA data structure and presented, live, to the client within the portal.
• Improved Transparency – MSPs can show clients all ticket data, from common issues to sentiment across those issues, to help keep less of a barrier between client feedback and themselves.
• Improved Ticket Search – Users can better search for their tickets and view them with an improved search console. Every ticket they’ve ever submitted is at their fingertips with just a few clicks.

API connections are secured with a set of keys that need to be generated one time.
