FastTrack Premium Agreement

Azurative LLC (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the https://www.cloudradial.com and CloudRadial partner websites (the “Service”). This page outlines the agreement for the provision of our CloudRadial FastTrack Premium service (“FastTrack Premium”) which is designed to assist with CloudRadial implementation.  This service is offered subject to your acceptance, without modification, of all of the terms and conditions contained herein

During the FastTrack Premium service, we will help you prepare your CloudRadial instance with the following steps:

  • Coordinate Agent Deployment

  • Transfer KB Articles (up to 30)
  • Customized Cybersecurity & HIPAA Course
  • Office 365 Quick Starts
  • Policy Set with Scoring
  • Onboarding Content

Setup Report Archives for Client *

  • Backup Reporting
  • Security Reporting
  • Dashboard Reporting
  • VoIP Reporting
  • Network Reporting

Setup Standardized Products

  • Products (with Client Scoring)
  • Product Info (up to 10)

Setup New Processes

  • Provide a Sample QBR Process Template

Ownership of Content

Any content that you provide us will remain confidential and subject to the confidential protections offered in our Terms of Service. We retain the rights to the content we provide you, including writing, images and the use of the CloudRadial logo, and grant you a perpetual royalty-free license to use this content in the operation and promotion of your business.

Compensation and Payment

The fee for the CloudRadial FastTrack sessions is $2495 paid at the beginning of the project. This payment will indicate your acceptance of the terms of this agreement as well as our other Terms of Service related to the operation of the CloudRadial application. At anytime within the first seven days, you may cancel the FastTrack Premium service and we will issue a full refund of the amount paid.

Additional Services

All services outside the scope of this Agreement that are requested and which we agree to perform will be billed at a rate of $80 per hour. You will be notified and must approve in writing (email is sufficient) additional services before they will be performed, although we may not necessarily be able to inform you in advance of the total cost of such additional services. 

No Guarantee

We do not warrant or guarantee any specific level of performance or results. Example of results obtained for our other clients may be used as a marketing tool and shown for demonstrative purposes only and should not be construed as indicating any promised results or level of results.
