Email Sending Acceptable Use Policy
This Email Sending Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) applies to all email that Azurative LLC (“Azurative,” “us,” “we” or “our”) sends on your behalf through the CloudRadial Services, including email sent from your own sending domain, email sent from our shared sending domain, and email you compose in Communications › Emails (together, the “Email Sending Features”). It is part of, and adds to, our Terms of Service, including the Prohibited Uses and Messaging sections of those Terms. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms of Service.
You accept this Policy on behalf of your organization when you add a sending domain or send email to your clients through the Email Sending Features. Everyone in your organization who sends email through the Services must follow it. If you do not agree to this Policy, you must not use the Email Sending Features.
Who You Can Email
- Email only people who are users in your CloudRadial portal: your clients’ staff and your own.
- Do not use purchased, rented, borrowed, scraped or third-party lists, or addresses collected without the person’s knowledge.
- Do not email people who have asked you to stop.
Send Only as Yourself
- Send only on your own behalf, about your own services. Do not send on behalf of another company, client or brand, including your clients, vendors or partners.
- Do not resell, share or lend your use of the Email Sending Features to anyone else.
- Use only a sending domain that you own or control and are authorized to use.
- Do not impersonate another person or organization, and do not disguise who an email is from.
What You Cannot Send
- Unsolicited bulk or commercial email (spam).
- Phishing, credential collection, malware, or links to either.
- Phishing simulations or security-awareness tests. Use a service built for them.
- Content that is illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, harassing, hateful or sexually explicit.
- Misleading subject lines, sender names or headers.
Consent, Unsubscribes and the Law
- Keep the unsubscribe and email preferences links the Services add, and do not hide them or make them hard to use.
- Honor every opt-out, and do not add people back once they have opted out.
- Include your postal address in announcements and marketing email. The Services add it to the footer.
- Comply with the email and privacy laws that apply to you and your recipients, such as the CAN-SPAM Act in the United States, Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) and the UK GDPR in the United Kingdom, and the Spam Act 2003 in Australia.
Sending Quality
- Keep hard bounces under 2% and spam complaints under 0.1% of the email you send.
- Keep your users’ email addresses up to date, and remove addresses that no longer work.
Enforcement
- Azurative may limit, pause or stop your sending, stop a campaign, or remove your sending domain, with or without notice, if we believe this Policy has been broken.
- Amazon Web Services, which delivers email for the Services, may also pause sending. The AWS Acceptable Use Policy applies to all email you send through the Services.
- Serious or repeated breaches may lead to suspension or termination of your access to the Services under the Terms of Service.
Changes to This Policy
We may change this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will ask you to accept the new version before you add a sending domain or send another campaign through the Email Sending Features.
Effective: November 3, 2026
